ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, and acceptance by YEECHI. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, to refuse or cancel an order due to circumstances including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, obvious pricing or product information errors, shipping restrictions, or breach of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on our website and may be changed before an order is placed. Once an order has been accepted, the confirmed price will not normally change, except where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred and applicable law permits us to correct or cancel the order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our best to display product colors, materials, sizes, measurements, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and device or screen settings.

As many YEECHI pieces feature natural stones, freshwater pearls, shells, or handcrafted details, slight variations in color, shape, pattern, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the individuality of each piece and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or other website information where permitted by applicable law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to request a cancellation. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through our order processing system. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please follow our applicable Returns & Refunds Policy after delivery.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, destination restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional costs may apply where a shipment must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility YEECHI may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, damaged items, delivery issues, and eligible cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

JEWELRY CARE

Jewelry naturally experiences wear over time. Please follow our Jewelry Care instructions to help preserve the appearance and finish of your pieces.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, scratching, tarnishing or deterioration caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, misuse, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including images, photography, designs, product names, text, graphics, logos, branding, and other creative material, belongs to YEECHI or is used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
